The creator fees of $ODDLOT are forwarded to the pot. Nothing is bought while the pot is short.
2
When the pot covers one whole share plus 2%, the keeper announces the draw in a memo and publishes the snapshot it hashed.
3
The seed is the finalized blockhash of the announced slot. Weight is the square root of the balance, so a whale is not a certainty.
4
The keeper buys one share, opens the winner's account and sends it. The winner picks the next ticker within 24 hours.
Every ticker is checked before it can be played: no transfer fee, no transfer hook, a new account opens unfrozen, the scaled amount is readable, and Jupiter can route one whole share under 2% price impact.

The winner is the holder the blockhash lands on when the weights are walked in address order. This button downloads the published snapshot and does the same arithmetic here, in your browser.
A ticket needs $20 of $ODDLOT at the previous draw and now. The smaller of the two balances counts, and the weight is its square root.
Every round that has been paid, with the share it bought and what that share is worth now.

The first round is still filling. When the pot covers one whole share, the keeper announces the draw, buys the share and this wall gets its first line.
The holder who won the last round names the ticker of the next one. The window is 24 hours from the moment the share lands. If it closes with nothing signed, the list turns by one.
This is a signed message, never a transaction: nothing leaves your wallet and nothing can be spent. Connect the wallet that won, choose a ticker, sign the line the site shows you.
The checked list, in the order it turns when nobody signs. The one in play is marked.

Odd Lot buys shares. The creator fees of $ODDLOT are forwarded to one wallet, the pot, and the pot buys nothing until it holds the price of one whole tokenized share. Then it buys exactly one and gives it to a single holder. Not a cent to everyone: one share to one person.
90% of what arrives is the share pot. 10% is work: the RPC, the server, and the rent of the account the winner has to be given. Nothing else is taken.
A wallet needs $20 of $ODDLOT at the previous draw and $20 now. The smaller of the two balances is the one that counts, so buying in after the announcement changes nothing. Weight is the square root of that balance: ten times the bag is about three times the chance. The bonding curve, the pools, the creator vault and the pot itself never hold a ticket, and the holder who won the last round sits this one out.
The keeper announces the draw in a memo: the round, a slot about two minutes ahead, and the SHA-256 of the holder snapshot it will use. The snapshot is published at the same moment, so nobody can change it afterwards. The seed is the finalized blockhash of that slot, which nobody knows at the time of the announcement. The winner is SHA-256(blockhash, mint, round) taken modulo the total weight, walked down the list in address order. The Round page recomputes all of it in your browser.
The keeper asks Jupiter for a route that is guaranteed to deliver one whole share, sends it from the pot, opens the winner's token account and transfers exactly one share. The rest of the SOL stays in the pot. If the price has run past the pot between the announcement and the trade, the round waits for the pot to catch up instead of buying a part of a share.
If the pot would need more than seven days to reach the current ticker at its own average speed, the round runs on the cheapest checked ticker the pot can already afford, and it is marked as an odd lot week. The run does not stall because one name got expensive.
Tokenized shares only, and only after the checks on the list: the transfer is free, no hook program runs on it, a new account opens unfrozen, the scaled amount is readable so one token is really one share, and Jupiter routes one whole share with under 2% price impact.
A tokenized share is a token an issuer stands behind, and the issuer keeps the right to freeze an account, pause transfers and claw a token back. Holding one is the receiver's own responsibility, and some countries restrict who may hold these at all. A whale's chance is reduced by the square root and by sitting out after a win, not removed. Splitting a bag across wallets costs $20 of exposure per wallet from the previous draw onward.
